Bugged Servo Skulls
Right, so I'm playing the Campaign on Hard, because why not. I decided to actually get all 48 servo skulls this time, using some Youtube tutorials. It's going great, until I get to Chapter 8, when I go to find the second and third skulls, I noticed that they're not in the locations the guides said they'd be, even when following the instructions to the letter.

Now, I know some Skulls are found out of order, and in Chapter 8, I've already found like three of the skulls. But even playing up to where the fourth and fifth skull should be - because I did read that the guides go off the order the player found them in, so what might be a Medicae Log for you might be Inquisitor Drogan's log for me, but even accounting for the skulls I already found, the skulls aren't there. Like doesn't matter what order they're in, there should still be seven (eight?) skulls in that Chapter. I can hear the sound that lets the player know one is nearby, but it's simply not where it should be, which leads me to think they're just not showing up.

Now, Space Marine....I love Space Marine to death, I do, but I also know Space Marine is a broken sack of ♥♥♥♥ sometimes, but I look past that in favor of flying around in a pink jump pack and whacking people in the head with a hammer. But am I correct in thinking that the Servo Skulls are bugged, i.e. just not appearing?

I had half a mind to just play the rest of the campaign through and make sure, but I figured I'd ask just to be sure; no sense in looking for skulls that just aren't there. But anyway yeah, are Servo Skulls really bugged in this game?

I'm just going from memory a few years back when I collected all the servo skulls, so bear that in mind! :) But as I recall, some of the skulls would fail to show up as you describe and the only way to get them was to start over again. Failing that, a reinstall might do it as well. Happily, though, once collected, that is it. Don't have to do it again! I should also point out, at the risk of stating the obvious, that the sound the skulls make persists even though you have collected them which means that one could be looking for skulls already collected in the wrong place. But from your description it sounds more like that pesky bug. I had it happen to me, but a restart of the campaign fixed it. Sorry for the rambling, but I hope this helps! Cheers!:SHDdarkangel:

Nah I found them all, turns out there was just more skulls in the chapter than I thought. But we're all good. :)
