Why so short?

I really like this game don't get me wrong, but I always feel like just when it starts getting interesting, it ends. Could there at least be a mod or something that extends the gameplay a bit? (and yes, I know about hardcore mode).

It makes it more difficult and longer (no, I will not say harder and longer).

I think it would be nice if there was an option for the game to be extended in some way, even endlessly or until the player is destroyed in combat.

New DLC could possibly include this, as well as many more ship types and locations etc.

I whole heartedly agree.

I LOVE the developers style, execution, and of course the integration of carefully orchestrated music (and not just in Flotilla either). Please add an endless journey setting

that was my only problem with this game. GETS fun and challenging then just ENDS
