Custom playermodel help.
Hi. I am making a custom player model that replaces Nick. I was able to get the models and textures to work. But the animations don't exist. He just slides around in the T pose. There are no mention of animations in the mdl file like others I have seen.

well by the sounds of what you said that can either be from misnamed bones or having the wrong or no $includemodel files in your QC.

I have learned to use 3dsmax and attempted to continue. But I cannot. I am unable to apply animations to the bones.

you don't apply animation to the bones of the reference SMD.

he's a tutorial that should help you out.
