I have a bugged sound?

i made a custom sound, made it 44100HZ 32bit, stereo, but in game it sounds bugged, electronic noise.

Same here.
Just made sound addon and 99% of sounds have damned noises in the end of playing in-game...

Some people say:"You wrong change format of sound", but i properly change *ogg sounds to *wav with same khz, bit, stereo/mono and ~length!
