you know where it says quit, achivments, options there was addon but now it is gone?

If you have any outdated menu or mutation mods, remove them.

but i meant Add-ons as in like options and Add-ons has its on little menu

They changed the location of the Add-ons menu from being under Extras to being directly on the main menu a while ago. If you have any mods that change the appearance of any menu that predate the change, the Add-ons menu will dissappear.

Update or remove the outdated mods from SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons. If that doesn't work, try validating your game cache.
