Dear Valve/Community, what the hell?

This was the only server I had an okay ping with and could play with my friend who happens to live in Ukraine, while I live in Thailand. Since we had an intolerable ping over Hamachi, and automatic server search always found a server with horrible ping for one of us (honestly, automatic matchmaking is a bucking disaster).
We've used vote system to set the difficulty and the map to ones we wanted. For about two days, no one but us was playing.
Then an admin comes along, kicks us out not explaining a thing, and bans us when we return to ask, why he did that. Politely. Just "Why?". All I got in the response was ban for the reason "Abusive" (ha-ha-ha three times, since there were NO players but us there).
I've done a little bit of googling for this IP. Several websites identify it as a Valve Left4Dead 2 EU​North Server​.
Dear Valve/whoever happens to own the server, are you freaking nuts?! I demand cancellation of the ban, and whoever was that douchebag that banned me and my friend Ekkitarmissen must get his ass kicked.

Ironically. For my friend it was around 80 to 110 ms, and for me it was 240 ms. And yes, I do find that ping "tolerable", since I have hard time finding servers with English-speaking players that have ping lower than 240-230.
