is there any competitive versus communities?

I love games with a competitive multiplayer, so i liked the fact that this game has such a mode. The problem is that most people i queue up with don't take the game seriously and don't use teamwork, especially on infected side. I'm not the best at versus, and it's hard to get better with troll teammates. Is there a steamgroup or a community for people like me? if so, let me know. Thanks.
