On most FPS games there is a lot of rage quiters and i meen a lot. So what are we to do with stupid rage quiters?

Ignore them.... but reflect on the possibility that they might have just been voted off another server by intolerant autocratic Bigots, or something. Maybe next time they'll have had time to calm down before entering another game.

Its quite simple, if you meet a decent oppsing team you need a good team yourself. You dont need to be uber just normal (stay with the group and stuff like that) if there 1 idiot you votekick him. If there are 2 idiots you just leave since they will ragequit 10 min later when they get their asses kicked so hard. Why do I need to wait 10 min for them to be enlighted about how much they suck? There is a teaching aspect ofc but if they dont pick up on instructions we are back at square 1. I dont bother calling them noobs, I just leave before they do.

Something Valve should have done is that every player must play trough all maps on campaign mode before doing versus. That would stop alot of unprepared players who ragequit since they dont even know where to go. Exploring the map doesnt belong in versus play...
