I love this game but...
I just suck so badly at it! I LOVE playing versus but I'm ♥♥♥♥ and I keep losing despite having been playig this game for around 2 monthes now.. everyone is just too good for me and I dont know why! I'm trying to improve but it doesnt help, I still lose..
last game I was playing, me and my friend were zombies and the other team were survivors, they got to the end of the first level quickly and without facing too much trouble, then when its our turn as survivors basically all of us were handled by a special zombie and couldnt help each other and died not getting 25% of the way in even! these failures depress me!

please help me instead of vote-kicking me...

learn to deadstop and skeet those are basics you neeed to have in l4d2, learn the campaigns you don't get lost and in versus ain't nobody have time to sit around just rush like hell if someone is too far behind too bad just go unless you can save him (don't save him alone for obvious reasons) learn the hear the special infected sounds so you know what's coming

Some things to remember when playing Versus...when you are playing as a survivor, you have to move fast but try and stay together. When you move fast it makes it more difficult for the infected team to spawn or set up any kind of attack. If someone is falling behind, wait for them in areas where you think the infected might try and spawn. This is called "covering the spawn".Try to avoid "shopping" unless you are really in urgent need of pills or something. When you are playing as the infected, stay in front of the survivors so you can ambush them. Never spawn behind them. You won't be able to move fast enough to catch up to them. The only time you should spawn behind them is if you are the Smoker or there is someone who is alone and not keeping up with the team. If you are the Spitter, wait for someone to get pounced by the Hunter or if someone is down then go and spit on them. You can also use the Spitter to slow the survivors down by laying down spit in front of them giving your team time to spawn. If you are the Boomer, try and boom as many as you can with your initial vomit then don't wait to reload another vomit...just go in and get as close to the survivors as you can. 9 times out of 10, someone will shoot you and cover their team with more vomit. It takes a long time to get good at Versus and there is a million things I could go into here but the main thing is, it's all strategy and team work.

The only way to get good at Versus is to just keep playing. No matter how many times you get kicked...just keep going in.Watch what the other players are doing. If you are a survivor and get killed...don't just automatically leave the game because you are mad. Stay and watch the rest of the level and see what everyone is doing. If you are playing against a really good team, you will learn all kinds of tricks and where all the best spawn locations are.
