Sometimes, the hours can set a reputation in the eyes of other people. But, near that you need to be previously known as a good or bad player. So that no one can say if he's noob or pro by it's hours. It's just like the Steam level. But that can't tell you if you are a noob user or pro.

Experience has shown me that high hours are less prone to get charged/walk ledges/spit dance/ etc
