What the hell is wrong with people these days?
So I just got kicked from a game for being too good for the enemy team and managing to down half of them on a 10v10 server.
My question to the users of Steam: Why is winning in a game like L4D2 so important? These points don't amount to anything. This isn't an RPG where the more matches you win, the higher your level. There is no bloody reason to be such dirty cheats. Competitive? Yes. Poor sports? No. Where's the entertainment value in something where you just instantaneously get rid of whatever challenges you?
To those of you who play your multiplayer games in such a fashion where you kick players too good for you, hack, or otherwise cheat, get out. You're not welcome, and you belong in a rehabilitation centre for mentally disabled people, as that's the only verdict I could possibly imagine being justified for such an asinine and dull witted decision.
Thanks for reading.

It's even worse on games like Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. I once played with an idiot so stuck up his own ♥♥♥ he tried to kick anyone who killed him. Not even exaggerating.

You're right. The problem is there is no reason to want to win so bad that there's a legitimate reason to resort to cheap tactics like kicking me. It's immensely sad and pathetic that they're so terrible at the game that the only way they can win is by kicking good players (the irony being that their team was actually winning points wise, so I guess they just didn't like someone being better than them, not that that was particularly hard).

Well, good to see that I'm not alone in my opinion here. Thanks for the responses.

You may just be right on that...

I will only agree to kick someone for one of 4 reasons:

1. The person is AFK.

2. The person is constantly hanging around way behind the battle and not doing anything.

3. The person is constantly getting lost on the map.

4. My team is winning and someone from the losing team has switched over to my team.

Just my 2 cents.

So I've come to the conclusion that 10v10 servers in general are just sh*t and are full of w@nkers. Earlier today I foolishly joined one, expecting a perhaps not-utterly-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reception like last time, only to be kicked for rushing ahead in a scenario where I was faced with two tanks, countless special infected and everyone else had been incapped/killed. I was one of the 'main four', meaning depending on how far I made it it would judge how many points my team got, so obviously the only logical thing to do was to get as far as I could. In this case my rushing was utterly justified, but apparently these braindead tossers can't see that.
