Game crashing while i'm changing weapon
Every time I'm changing weapons game crashes, what should I do?

I too am having this problem, I was going to buy it after the free weekend, but this has made me reconsider until there is a fix.

I bought the game a few weeks ago and it keeps crashing when I change weapons the only fix I found was to reinstall the game but that takes a while I hope to find a real fix soon btw what windows are you guys using

Ok guys I found a fix for it first open steam right click on left for dead 2 then click properties then local files then click verify integrity of game cache and that's it it shud take about 6 mins then its fixed there you go!

Actually it does work, at least for me it did. I was having the same problem where attempting to scroll through your crap would cause a CTD. Verifying the game cache replaced 1 file and now my game is working perfectly.

I got win8 to and calm down radeon I was just trying to help at least it worked for some people

As much as I would love to reinstall it, my internet is only pushing out about 750kbps, so Valve really needs to fix these things. I'll just get it for ps3

yeah im having the same problem. Last night a couple buddies and I were all kicked off of L4D2 and we had a message pop up saying "No Steam Logon" ???
Idk why this keeps happening but its really annoying.
