Hey there game crashes, how are you today?
So, I have played L4D2 for a while, and now i got some reskins. After trying to play it, whence it goes to the game itself (after the loading screen) the game will start sound skipping, and my monitor will go between on and off. I'd give youa list of add-ons, but I unistalled and reinstalled the game twice now. WHat do?

You need to remove any add-ons. Some of the stuff from the workshop glitches L4D2 out and makes it go a tad crazy. I would suggest getting add-ons from l4dmaps.com.
TL;DR: Unsubscribe from all your add-ons

Listen. I said I have ALL addons removed, and I am still having the problem.

The screen goes between on and off, with skipping music. This only happens when trying to load a part of any campaign

I understand. My point in that qkuestion, however, was that double-clicking .vpk files to install is often unreliable and may break your game. I wanted to rule that out as a possibility.
On another note, have you tried veriying the integrity of your game cache?
