Super Quick Finale?
I haven't played L4D2 in forever and I've just got back into it and I've played at least 3-4 games. All of which ended up with the rescue vehicle arriving instantly after we start the finale. I'm wonderif this is a glitch, an offcial patch, or just our bad luck and simply ending up on the same server that has that feature.

The finales have been known to bug out on occasion just as you described, having the rescue vehicle arrive immediately. This can be disastrous on Dead Center or The Passing :P
