does steam actually provide any support?

i want to download LFD2 but get a constant server busy message, submitted a ticket 4 days ago, nothing!

i want to buy sniper elite 2 and the new zombies version + a couple of others but i can't download a game i've already bought.

do they even have a support team?

Steam has been having trouble of late regarding region issues. Change your region, there'll be bound to be servers globally able to work for you. To be specific, Germany>Frankfurt worked for me when i had this issue a week ago.

I meet the same problem. I bought L4D2 last week but still cannot download from steam.

hey Bikes...clicked that button 4 days ago, as per original post...support provided nothing...not even a response, thankfully i didn't rely on them.

Ah sorry, just woke up when I read the post, missed that part. They're slow, you'll probably get a response eventually. (within a week or so)
