Add-on not working
So yea it shows the mods in the addon page in game but none of them work.

learn2search Answered this 4 times before. Add-ons only work in non-official servers meaning if you are in an official server, which is like 4 times out of 5, then your mods wont work.

Depend on the type of mod.
If it's Client or Server Sided...

His talking about the add-on page ingame which is obviously client sided. I doubt he can see the mods on the server through his add-on page ingame. Trust me its the official server crap. Seen this question on forums so many times. Happened to me but I just googled my problem and took me 2 mins to find the answer.
