Left 4 Dead 2 download paused

In december 2012 steam was updating l4d2.
The update was paused and couldn't resume from pause.
So i tried to delete all local content of l4d2 and installed the game again.
The download for installing the game is still paused at 99% and can't resume from pause but steam tells me that the game is completely downloaded 13.2G/13.2G downladed! When i press the 'play' button steam tells me that the game isn't still available and to try later.

My account is "anerandros12" i bought left 4 dead 2 from retail and i played it until december 2012.

I have a files containing screenshots of what steam tells me about l4d2.
I wrote this message in english thanks to my son, but if it is possible i would like to receive the answer in italian (my english is not good) so that i can fix this issue on my own thank you.
