What the bug is and why it happens: If you have Deathcraft 2 or any other minecraft mods The server is trying to force the minecraft model of said item instead of the actual model thus resulting in a crash because it failed to execute the right model.

What the message means is you and the server do not have identical files and as such it won't allow you to connect. If you have any addons disable them and retry.
