L4D2 Repetitive Crashing

Hi,i have never had problems with my l4d2 game until rather recently. after start up and creating a new game and stuff,it will crash after the loading screen disappears.it has happened many times when i try to play with friends,and its getting rather annoying.sometimes there is a script consistency error (i think due to my addons) but sometimes it just crashes out of the blue.please help!!any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.

dude i got same problem when i download something from workshop!!! crash! :/ they have to update the addon
