Shift-Tab InGame menu won't open properly. :(

When I'm in a game and I want to use the Steam menu thing it flickers and closes the second after. I only can open it if I am not in pause and even then it wont work sometimes and i have to spam it. Also, in the Add-ons menu, I rarely can open the browse and i have to spam it until it randomly works. If anyone knows why this is happening or if it is happening to you please tell me.

yeah my buddy is having this issue card is like a HD 6570 and its a laptop.

I've updated card drivers, changed resolutions, change aspect ratio and they did not provide any results.....gona look at official forums now

Same problem..All these issues with the new update are annoying. I still can't even play because of the server crashing glitch

Sorry, just did a google search on my problem and noticed I'm posting in the L4D2 forums. I'm having the exact same problem except it's in Dota 2.

So it's happening in other games too not just L4D2. That is odd.

since there's steam workshop , I could not play on public servers with stable ping. My piing is always up and down, from 50 to 2000 .. especially when i press shift + tab, ping suddenly rise. 3 minutes later the ping down to normal again .. but when i press shift + tab and chat with friends, ping ride back to the wild .. cmon,steam, please make update to solve this problem..

Not yet ,dude.. Now, im turning off the Steam Community In-Game til the next steam client update maybe..
