Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Whenever I pick up the military sniper rifle my view starts to turn 90° to the left and eventually stops halfways on the left side of my screen.

I have removed my mod for the sniper rifle but the issue still remains, verifying the game cache also didn't solve this problem.

My weapon mods and campaign addons or just my weapon mods?

i've ever experiencing this bug. it was a shotgun model mod which cause this.

I currently don't have a mod for the sniper rifle so something else is causing this.
