I Got left 4 dead 2...

I payed for it on my computer, then copied it from my bros computer, let it download, and then when it goes past the first cutscene, it sends me back to steam! HELP!

me and my bro bought L4D2. He downloaded it first so i got it off his pc via memory stick. We put it on my pc, and it downloaded quicker. I play on it, and it goes back to steam after the first cutscene.

Right mouse click on the game in your library choose properties, under the Local Files tab Verify Intergrity of game cache. Should fix your problem.

If that does not work you could install "addoninstaller.exe" default dir "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\bin" .

Make sure you install the latest directx aswell.
