Will my laptop run this?

I have a Toshiba Satellite with

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz
6 GB Ram
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Your Graphics is the weakest link. But it will run.

How similar does this run compared to TF2 because I can run that with no problem.

It might run on low. I tried it on my acer same specs and its glitchy, Almost unplayable.

Run it on lowest settings and you'll be fine. My laptop is worse and does pretty decent(15-20ish fps). My specs: Pentium P6100 @2.00Ghz and Intel HD graphics with 6gb RAM. So if I can run it, you should definitely be able to.
