REMOVE the kick option!
Too many users get kicked unfairly. im tired of it. I take my time to wait for the game to connect to the server, then i get kicked by immature people. The kick option needs removed. Its rarely used for its REAL purpose, only ever used to be rude and kick people unfairly. Valve, please patch the game to remove the kick option. Im sure many people like me will want this.

You might wanna use your eyes. In the time ive played, and the time i played (1 year) on 360, the option was never used for the intended purpose to kick ABUSIVE users. Ive always seen it used to unfairly kick users who are playing correctly, just for a 2 sec laugh for the idiot who called the vote.

It depends what mode you are doing, i only really see people being kicked on versus though

Not a good idea. Ading a challenging a votekick.
Thats a good idea. Supose that one player start a vote aganinst you. The other players agreed withit. You could have a option called (challenge vote).

That option should force the other player who vote against you to answer to an admin, the reasons, based on log. If reason is not proper, should be something added to his profile as reckless player.

That if the player vote to kick from unproper reasons. (playing online give everyone the same right. We all bought this game).
Adding a posibility to see on the left of his name an icon, who can indicate that he is a reckless player (because a votekick or bad playing), would solve your issue describe it above.

If you're getting kicked time and time again across games with completely different players, you may want to examine the common factor mutual to these instances.

During the games I will make some video to show you the commn factor of those kick for 100 players. Its... wow man. Its like giving a monkey a ak47... loaded. :D

Would be nice to allow for example only two votekicks at a week for one player etc. to force players use their votekicks only, if it's really needed and not for fun.

2 votekicks? Maybe, Valve should VAC ban anyone after he got 5 kicks a week? Low players dont wanna get kicked, rofl

You must have a vote chalenge right.. Note every votes have based reasons to start. You could get kicked, because, in VS mode, a player want to join the team. Your not his friend, those 3 are friends, and they kicked you, and the game is public. So why the kicked player should suffer, for such a reason?

I'm a pretty descent player, no one has a real reason to kick me purely on the fact that I can make a mistake every now and then like they do or on the most prominent case: We're playing versus and one of my teammates decides to run to the safehouse from the beginning of the level while the other three of us are actually playing the game correctly. The game does have an option for playing public or with friends. If you would rather play with people you trust and enjoy playing with, play with friends. If you would rather kick someone because they shot you once on accident, play public where everyone has a right to play thus they deserve to get kicked. The fact that some people can't take the grace and time to help a new person disgusses me. It's just a game, and people should make it enjoyable for everyone rather than their selfish selves.

30 hours of gameplay is pretty much nothing.
So yeah, you're just new.
No one will remove that feature. You'll just have to gain more experience.
Good luck with that.

Lots of dumb people kicking for dumb reasons. Like I've seen a guy get kicked because he shot a boomer. So what? What if it was an accident? There are way too many unfair kicks. On Xbox, I try playing with my brother, we get kicked because were "splitscreeners"...

If I take time to babysit and teach someone, how does it make the game enjoyable for me? I like playing challenging matches with balanced teams, and that's what makes the game enjoyable for me, if I babysit, I will get bored. Unless I agree in advance to teach someone, I don't see myself explaining everything in a game where I want to play competitively.

Didn't say you had to teach everyone you ran into. Only thing is that Valve intended for the game to be fun and enjoyable for people to play together, whether you're new, experienced, have a bunch of friends on your list or no people on the list at all. People complain about new people all the time but that's no excuse. We were all new at one point. They might play single player and get no better because no one will help them because everyone is too busy to take a single moment of thier time to say one word of advice. Hell, get a microphone and talk and play at the same time. That's why Valve made that new trophy "Nice Guy Nick" in the first place. At least it proved it was possible for people to help newbies for once.
