L4D2 start-up problems

Whenever I try to start-up LFD2, for whatever reason Steam says there's an error and I must try again later. Its been doing this for the past 2 days even though all my other Steam games are working just fine. Does anyone know whats going on?

Many people who modified theyr game, have problems. Personally, I`ll take updates only from original sources , recognised by game company and steam. The rest is oportunity for others to do something good. But, some of them are not fully preapared, and give you issues to solve. Keep your game original. Dont let other to tell something else. re-install ur game and delete local content from from common -> lfd2 folder.
