^ Somewhat answers my question..

The other day I did a " QUICK GAME " in Survival Mode, and I was able to use commands such as " !goods / !b / !laseron " which was so fun because I was able to get any weapon or accessories I needed and BUILD WALLS / BARRIERS / STAIRS / etc etc..

My question is how do I find more games like this? And exactly how do I keep consistantly joining them , that was the funnest mode I have ever played
Please let me know

It was a modded server I believe but GOOGLE isnt helping me much

you were on a deadlandrape server probably. you have to write down ip's since legacy browser doesn't work with l4d2.

And how do I join via console the " ~ " key does not work

I just want to be able to !build walls and barriers and have unlimited ammo and have laseron and my jump was higher then normal

MTMS is similiar but their building commands are terrrible.
The one I played had REMOVE BUILDING on the same menu and the way it spawned was way BETTER

Very similiar to MTMS server but it has !REMOVE AND !ROTATE ON EVERY NEXT PAGE OF STUFF TO BUILD

Noob tube servers are just like that. They have all types of game modes. Just have to join the group. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/NoobTubeServer

I have a friend that runs a server just like that! The name of the server is The Graveyard Shift and the IP is 68.104.206.155:27015

All you have to do is enable your console in options and type connect 68.104.206.155:27015 and it will take you there! Hope this helps :)

Join server > open console > type "status" > copy the server IP > gb2console > type "openserverbrowser" > click "favourites" tab > click "add a server" > paste the IP into the pop up box and click enter > realise Valve don't love you and you can't do this from in game > exit/alt tab game > click "view" ontop of steam > servers > favourites > add > paste IP > server is now saved to favourites > use "openserverbrowser" to access server/get IP for forcing lobbies
