Controller Friendly? HELP. [xbox 360 controller]

The only thing I can do in the game is to use the left stick and the pause button, all other buttons are useless. How is this controller friendly?

Have you tried setting the controls manually?

Have you tried the exec_controller360 in the console? Also checked the enable gamepad option in keyboard/mouse?
