A few possibilities: It seems like either you've somehow lost/corrupted your female boomer model, the server wants to enforce a specific model that you don't have, the addon has a specific model that is broken, or if the addon was updated but not on the server there could be a server-client mismatch. I don't think it's one of the latter problems however.

Actually ER had it wrong with that last sentence, it most likely is that the add-on or another add-on has some sort of incorrect model(s). Verify the game cache and if that doesn't work look through your add-on list and see which ones modify models and or scripts. Any mod that modifies either of those is responsible.

That happened to me but after I installed the deathcraftII mod

Those files are mostly hidden in the pak01_dir.vpk, which is essentially the file directory that points to all the resources the game uses. You do have a models/infected/boomette.mdl file, it's just well hidden.

As for the consistency issue, it means your files don't match the ones on the server. This can be caused by active mods or scripts, or bad files. If you have mods, try turning the relevant mods off. If you don't, try typing "sv_consistency 0" without quotes into the developer console.
If all else fails, verify the integrity of your game cache.

Or just delete the mod, there's that.

Also same thing was happening me in Team Fortress 2, the Sentry Buster model was always missing. But I know how to fix it and it's a r e t a r d e d a s s mod.
