L4D2 Single Player Update?
So this morning I logged on L4D2 and the single player interface was totally different. I was excited at first because I can now play most of the different modes (survival, realism, scavenger) but then I noticed that I can no longer pick the stage that I want to start on (if I just want to do the finale etc) the difficulty I want to play on, or the character I want to play. It's not a huge deal but I play primarily single player and like to shift around and play certain levels a lot. Am I missing how to actually access the old campaign start menu or is it gone now?

You're not the only one, I noticed this too, does anyone have an answer? I play single-player because I tend to multitask while gaming and SP is the only way I can 'pause' and jump between the game and whatever else I'm doing (including talking to my friends - many of which aren't gamers and thus don't have Steam).

For me the Singleplayer menue is still the same as before, although I had to download an update, too.

^What nino said. See if there is an additional update to your game. Might possibly fix that problem.

I've got my L4D2 up to date, even deleted local content and re-installed but to no avail.

Granted, I do not have the recent "beta" installed (I own a Windows laptop, not a Linux system, so I didn't think I needed to get it)...could that be a factor?
