No servers?

after changing my regional settings, no servers seem to how up. please help

The game only matches you to servers in your region. If you picked Argentina for example, you only get matched to servers near Argentina. The best way to resolve this is to change your download region in steam to somewhere more heavily populated, or to use the Openserverbrowser console command to locate games.

what region would you reccomend? steam offers many regions, which in this case creates a slight problem.

You've mentioned you're currently in Japan, right? Strange, considering that there's a fairly large number of players from the Asian/SEA region. I've come across quite a number of Japanese servers too. I guess you could select the SEA region if you have to. Connecting to Europe or America will likely give you horrible ping.
