This game is currently unavailable please try again another time ...
I had been playing this game for quite some time but a problem came up.Everytime I try to launch it,it says its unavailable at the moment..Had this problem for a few weeks and tried to resolve it on my own though unsuccessfully.Please do help me out if you know how to fix it!

I've always just restarted steam and it fixes it....i take it you've tried that tho...right?

only gone through iNTRO screens, and says unavailable. Any ideas ?. Not a firewallissue. Not a anit-virus issue as exception added fro .EXE. Am desperate.

All other STEAM works fine, just L4D2.

I too am having trouble playing l4d2. The message is always "This game is currently unavailable, please try again later." I have checked integrity and it is always downloading some file but still it won't launch. I have also deleted the game and re-installed. Even the Source SDK 2006 and 2007. I have rebooted my computer, also deleted everything inside the steam folder except /steamapps.

This problem isn't only with left 4 dead 2 though. All Source Games/Mods do not work.

Anything else I can do?
