Thx but i have 2 questions. 1 is are any of these programs safe and 2 would it be ok to have net 3.5.1 for the first program intead of 3.5
EDIT: ok nm i was trying to open a vtx not a vtf Lol >D, but i still dont know
EDIT2: allright would net frame 4.5 be allright for paint.NET, if so then what is the name of the .exe file
