Left 4 dead 2 and CS GO are crashing please help! They were working before.

Ok so in CS GO and Left 4 Dead 2 i keep crashing when ever i finish loading a map it goes black screen and i keep hearing in game noises and it stutters then stops and stutters and stop eventually just closeing on it self and most of the time i get blue screen of death it was wwhat the hell is going on? Left 4 dead 2 and CS GO was working before. I have tried verifying system cache that did not work. Tried putting Autoconfig in command line and then removing it that did not work also. I also have tried unistalling and reinstalling.

Graphics card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 series express chipset family

have you upgated your video drivers, also make sure microsoft is up to date. Good luck
