Modding for Workshop: Is it easy to replace music?
I mean, I never did a mod or a map for any game like Left 4 Dead 2 in this life, and I'm thinking in making one of these mods which replaces the music in x moments (like tank, horde...).

Is really that easy making a mod replacer of music?

Judging from the enormous amount of music based mods on the workshop I would say yes, it probably is easy.

I wish there were a few more people making campaigns and maps for the workshop instead of more and more reskins and music mods :(

Making a map or campaign is not as easy as a music mod or texture edit. It requires considerably more time and is more complex.
Check L4DMaps for more maps and campaigns.

Very easy. I have a guide on changing the Juke Box music, changing tank music (etc...) is even easier.

Look, I've been looking for the guides of putting music in L4D2, and I kinda find annoying that every guide of them doesn't do anything like, for example, uploading to Workshop.

Here's a list of I want to do to make my own mod:
-Edit the music, cutting the unnecessary parts if possible.
-Putting in the folder where it belongs.
-Making it as a add-on.
-Upload to Workshop.

That's it. I don't ask for anything else.

I know there's a popular guide on changing the sounds in game, that should tell you what folders to make and how to turn that into a VPK file. As for editing the sounds use Audacity, it's free. Uploading them to the workshop needs the Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools which can be found in your game library under tools it's under workshop manager or something very similar. The rest (uploading is self explanatory)
