I recommend finding some friends to play with, or starting in single player first to get a bit of a feel for it. The community itself is full of people who votekick and don't even know what or who they're kicking half the time.

Looking at your stats it looks like you're trying to learn the basics in versus, which is a really really stupid idea. Play campaign more before you start versus, no one is going to wait for you to learn the basics in vs.

Guides
Youtube videos
Playing enough campaign to be actually competant
Console Commands to setup 1 player versus games
Custom maps like the hunter training map and also like the charger/melee map
10v10 servers
All noob groups to play with
Finding groups willing to teach on their time instead of expecting others to do it in a pub
Setting up local games to spawn SI you can practice crown, skeet, deadstop, level, ect

Theres no reason for you to be trying to learn the basics in pub games forcing other to play teacher while carrying your ♥♥♥.

People kick for no reason anyway, as soon as someone calls a vote, everyone will vote although they have no idea why they're doing so. Try playing single player until you get a good feel for the game, then normal campaign in public, but VS is just awful if you're alone, miss a charge/smoke/whatever and you get kicked, better have a friend with you to counter that.

Join servers that are set on Easy or Normal. I think people tend to get kicked if they join one of the harder difficulties with no experience.

There's a thing called "Campaign"

You've yet to even survive a campiagn you need to learn how to actually play the game first before learning MULTIPLAYER

If you're getting kicked from normal/easy level campaign then either:
A. You know close to nothing about FPS. As far as skill requirements go most normal campaign players don't seem to care as long as you're not afk or griefing. I admit I don't play much campaign but I can't remember a single time I've seen a skill related kick in campaign.
B. You're annoying somehow, either mic spamming (especially if you're pre-pubescent) or spamming voice commands unendingly.

But as pointed out if you're playing vs to learn the basics (which unless your stats are completely off) expect to get kicked until you knock it off no one is going to hold your hand in that game mode.

General flow of how you should learn L4d2:

Do you suck at FPS/have no idea about the base mechanics: Play some single player

Are you a reasonably decent shot (as in not shooting your team mate every other shot) and won't spend 5 minutes figuring out the buttons: Play campaign mode

Are you able to get through normal campaign while taking very minimal damage and causing next to no friendly fire, and have a good grip on the layout of the maps: Move on to advanced and then eventually expert

Do you have maps memorized and can keep up with your team easily and are willing to listen to your peers when it comes to new game mechanics (Having a mic yourself is a plus): Try versus (although expect to be kicked until you get a grip of the infected, there are guides and alternative ways to learn them, but direct experience is best)

It is as everyone said, Versus is merciless. If you are new to the game, stick to campaigns.

Do you listen to what they say/talk? Do you stay with the team or just wander through the scenario? Do you shoot the zombies? Do you help the dudes when they are grabbed by special infected? I believe you lack at least in one of these questions.
