How do you change the geographic region of the game?
I bought and activate my L4D2 a few years ago in Singapore. Now that I've moved to Australia and have to begrudgingly oblige to the low-violence version. I tried re-downloading my original L4D2, and obviously couldn't, with a sign popping out saying "this game was activated in another geographic region bla bla bla".

I am told I could change the game's geographic region itself and download the Australian version instead. How do I do this? I even went as far as wanting to buy the Australian low-violence copy on steam, but the system recognised me as already owning this game and I couldn't purchase it for myself. Anyone out there ever encountered the same problem? Could you help me please?
