i have seen it on a video. but i dont know how to get to one. could anyone lend a hand?

Type "openserverbrowser" (without quotes) in console. This will bring up the legacy server browser where you can easily see where there are increased player servers. You can also tell if they're co-op or versus from this. If you don't have console enabled, check the options and enable it. This feature is usually under keyboard and then advanced.
