Near-Death Vision mod? Does one exist?

You know how when you're near death and the screen goes black and white, and the game gets a greyscale siort of effect to it, and everything has that saturated, sharp look to it? Is there a mod that makes the game look like that 24/7? I already have the black and white mod installed, but the additional effects from being near-death aren't there. I think the game looks absolutely beautiful like that. Very horror comic book-ish.
