Left 4 Dead 2 graphical issue

Sooo.. I just bought the game today and I'm having a "small" problem with the graphics.

While playing my screen goes "black". I say "black" because I can still see other players and my gun and the HUD and whatnot but the game world disappears randomly or depending where I look or where I am.

Ps. If I'm playing single-player campaign, the bug doesn't seem to appear o_O

System specs:
Windows 7 64bit
AMD Ati Radeon 7870 HD (Latest drivers)
AMD 6-core processor
8 GB of memory
120 GB SSD

Any help considering the matter would be nice ^_^

Have you tried reinstall VCredist and DirectX>? And ATI is bunch of crap ,it's can be caused by yours GPU.
