Ever going to change the mutation level in L4D2
Ummm when is going to not be "follow the liter" in Mutation. Been over 2 months with that crap mutation change it up. The last man sranding and the machine gun ones were great bring em back do something why bother having a mutation if it is the same mutation, that is evolution and its evolving into crap.

If you click on the Mutation tab in the menu you should be able to change the mutation yourself. Mutations were on rotation back then, but after the rotation eventually ended they all have been added permanently to the game and are available at any time.
