I can't play custom maps.

When I try to play custom maps, that I have downloaded from the steam workshop, helms deep reborn, for example, they're in the main menus add-ons but when I try to play them on singleplayer, they're not in the "AddOn Campaign..."
(They do not work on multiplayer either)
