Steam must be derping, mine are broke as well.
I'm sure they'll come back up here in a little while though this does make me want to download my mods separately from Workshop.

So, I have been able to play normally with add-ons about a week, also today. But now they all disappeared, then I went to the workshop and found out that every add-on was unsubscribed, and when I subscribed to them, I left, and went to the add-on page again, it unsubscribes again. What to do?

go to your workshop folder on your computer and then double click on your mods it should install them again it worked for me it takes long for ur l4d 2 to find the mods
