PLEASE remove the kick option

Too many users get kicked unfairly. im tired of it. I take my time to wait for the game to connect to the server, then i get kicked by immature people. The kick option needs removed. Its rarely used for its REAL purpose, only ever used to be rude and kick people unfairly. Valve, please patch the game to remove the kick option. Im sure many people like me will want this.

Removal of the kick option is not the answer. People will be much more frustrated when they can't throw out the person who keeps trolling, teamkilling, or just being a general idiot.
I personally have yet to see this kind of vote-kick abuse, however, the large amount of complaining I see makes me think it should be regulated somehow.

Did this seriously require another topic? There's on on the freaking front page atm.
It's been discussed to death and it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible idea, the ability to kick trolls and greifers far outweighs the need to protect the feeling of new players.
And who are you to say what it's intended use is? It's not written in stone, most kicks are to remove players that aren't up to par with the rest of the team and there's nothing wrong with that.
