how to deal with team-killing players?

Recently I have been trolled multiple times by the players 010101 and Max Healer + for the game-ruining team-killing. I'm still new to this forum here so is there anything the community can do to prevent this?

mostly players do not care what is going on the game, just "killing some zambie". since we can't do anything against that, you votekick; worked? Gud. People ignored? Leave teh game and block that dude. i hope the block list does not have a limit, i have blocked around 100 dudez.

Another thing I might suggest is to report them using the user misconduct option on their Steam profile.

Play on local host, bring up the console, find out their ID then Ban and Kick them.

Block, play on a server you have not hosted by yourself, where either these people are banned or you have the rights to do so.

I've run in to those players before. I blocked them after the first game, but unfortunately saw them again. They are banned in the servers I use that have Source bans.
