GUYS CHANGE YOUR DOWNLOAD REGION TO CANADA AND NEW ZEALAND IT WORKS!!! BTW you can change your region back to your original once it stars downloading.

Yeah the only thing you can do is change region but that dose not work for everyone

yeh try canada but it takes 10hr +to download and im not waiting that long but if it doesnt work in a couple of days i guess thats my best option

you goto steam then click on the steam tab in the top left and then click settings, then click "CLOUD+DOWNLOAD then choose CANADA - VANCOUVER I WORKED FOR MEEE OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

yeh it is ok click steam on top left then settings and then click downloads+clouds and then you will see download region
