L4D2 Uncensored?

I am well aware programs exist that can revert the game back to its original form but it's disappointing to see that there is no uncensored version for Australian gamers, as of yet.

I thought now that we had the r18 + rating this game would be re-appealed. Does anyone know if there are plans to do so? I can understand why there wouldn't be such action but you'd think after all this time, that people could enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played.
