Left 4 Dead 2: Workshop Requests HELP?

Hi, I am not able to use the Workshop, & not even sure I have the Requirements to use it,
so with that...

I was wandering, is there any MODers out there who would be willing to Help me out with
a Left 4 Dead 2 Infection Mod?

I have an idea already of how I want it, but there isn't one that already exists, I cannot make it myself... So is there anyone out there who could help me out?

Again, I am looking for someone who has Experience making L4D2 MODs, not a first timer...
