Valve doesnt care about anything but money. This website and all of it content is nothing more or less than a means to an end. Money is that end for them. Doesn't matter how many things are broken or inconvenient as long it it can still be used to make me off in the long run.

Lobby voice has been broken for 3 years

The mutations list has been community unfriendly since its implimentation

And hacking is as easy as going to a certain specific website of which i shall leave unnamed at this moment and simply downloading hacks.

There are too many problems to fix in addition to the other projects they need to work on and complete to make money off of which makes it boil down to money again. Its a vicious circle of money.

Considering the community of players that populate this game I don't really blame Valve for relegating this to the absolute farthest back burner available.

Who cares? The game is virtually unchanged so if you liked it months or years ago, you probably still like it. You need up to 4 people to play campaign and up to (as in, max!) 8 people to play versus modes. Maybe the general community is shrinking but that doesn't mean you can get a few friends in for a game and enjoy it as much as you did years ago.
