Bugs-Glitches on achievments

Does any one know how can they be completed?

You can get the expert achievements by doing a gib fest game; starting a game from lobby in easy and switching to expert in finale allegedly works (for expert realism achivement too).

3 min Parish finale achivement by using a server with a sourcemod admin, where you can noclip to the end.

[Alaskan Catfish Hike]

I got the Parish finale in Bleed Out on my old computer/old account. It was weird, there were no common infected during the run.
