Specific music not working.

Since I've switched from laptop to desktop, some of my custom sounds/music isn't working. Specifically, my tank and escape themes. Even with those mods off, the normal theme doesn't even play! None of my sound settings are off or to low, because I hear some of my other custom music working. I've looked it up but found no help. Any suggestions?
